Art & Science Openair x science streets

The three Max Planck Institutes in Leipzig and the science streets project invite you to an open-air festival. This event brings science and art together in a central location. All the science comics from the science streets street campaign will be on exclusive display. On-site, the participating research teams and illustrators invite the public to engage in direct dialogue about neuroscience and the medicine of the future. An improv theater group will bring the visual stories to life, creating a creative, intuitive way to approach complex topics. There will be music, scientific talks and pizza on site!
